1. We offer the following ordering options

You can order directly in the online shop, by email, by phone, by post or by fax, for this we have also filed a fax form for you. Please make sure that new customers can place the first order only via online shop, by email or by fax.

Order in the online shop

Order online, conveniently, safely and quickly - helpful information on registration and online ordering can be found under point 3 "How do I actually order in the online shop?"

You also have the option to order by email, we need your billing and delivery address and the exact item name or item number. Send your e-mail order to

Telephone order acceptance

You are welcome to place your order by phone, our friendly customer service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Written order by mail

You are also welcome to order your order by fax. The order form can be found under "Contact, order options, open fax form" or directly under the following link: FAX form.

2. How to find specific items in the online store

Using the search function

On the home page you will find the search function at the top center of the page. In the field "Please enter search term" you can enter the article name, the article number or simply a merchandise category such as "Followers". Then click on the magnifying glass to see all results for your search.

Directly via the main menu

The main menu runs horizontally over 2 columns in the upper part of the page. Just click on a department to see subcategories and articles. On the left side, a vertical menu is displayed to help you navigate through the submenus.

In the upper right corner of our shop you will find the link "New Products", here you will find all articles that were recently listed on

our bestsellers

On the start page and on all category pages you will always see our current bestsellers.

3. How to order conveniently and safely in the online shop

1.) Add this product to your shopping cart

Click on the product image or on "To product" to get to the article detail page. There you can first enter the desired order quantity or change it with "plus" and "minus". By clicking on "Add to cart" the item will be added to your cart.

2.) Edit and check items in the shopping cart

Click on "Your shopping cart" in the top right corner and then on "To cart" to see the current status. Here you can find all items you have put in the cart. Here you can change the order quantity if desired by entering a quantity by number or by "plus" and "minus" to change the quantity. After changing the order quantity please click on the green round circle to save the changes. To remove a product from the shopping cart, just click on the red cross (remove) on the right side of the article. If you want to add more items before submitting the order, please click on "Continue shopping". If you want to continue the order process just click on "Checkout".

3.) Log in

If you have not yet registered at this time, you will be automatically redirected to the sign-in after clicking "Checkout":

- I am a new custome

By registering, you will be able to shop faster, be up-to-date on any case, and keep track of all orders you have previously made. As a registered customer you can make future orders without having to enter your address data again. Click on "Register" to enter your personal data, company data, address, contact information and your desired password. Once you have completed your input and agreed to the privacy policy, please click on "Send".

- Order as a Gues

Your order as a guest does not create your own customer account for you. This means that you have to re-enter all the data when you order again. Click on "Order as guest" to enter your address details. Once you have entered all data and have accepted the privacy policy, you can continue the order process by clicking on "Send".

- I am already a customer of

Use this option if you are already registered as a customer and have already placed orders. Please enter your username (e-mail address) and password and then click on the "Login" button. Since you are already registered, you no longer need to enter your details and can change them at any time if required.


4.) Ordering process

After you have logged in you can first change the shipping address. By clicking on "Next" you will get to the payment information, here you can change the billing address and select the desired payment method as described. You also have the opportunity to leave us a note. By clicking on "Next" you will finally reach the confirmation page. Here you can again check your order and all order information (delivery and billing address & method of payment) and change if desired. You can also review our terms and conditions, the right of withdrawal and the privacy policy. By clicking "Back", you can always go to the previous page and change your order and order information. If you want to complete your order and accept the terms and conditions, the right of withdrawal and the privacy policy, please click on the "Buy" button. After that you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail within 1 to 2 minutes.
